Initial Consultation & Acupuncture Treatment
Initial consult and treatment is approximately 60 min.
Acupuncture Follow-up Treatment
Treatment approximately 45 - 60 min.
Trigger Point or Dry Needling
Treatment approximately 60 min.
Auricular Acupuncture
Ear Acupuncture for Weight Management, Stress Relief, or Smoking Cessation/ other addictions. Approximately 30 - 40 min.
Additional Therapies
Herbal Consultations
45 minute consult for herbal formula (does not include price of herbs)
Herbal Consultation Follow up
30 minute consult/reassessment (within 6 month time period of original complaint)
Cupping Therapy
Approximately 30 min.
BioMat Therapy
Approximately 30 min. session (acupuncture and other therapies not incl.)
BioMat Therapy w/ Acupuncture Session
Bio Mat therapy can be combined w/ acupuncture follow up session. Approximately 45-60 min., sliding scale $60 -$90 plus additional $20
* Based on a sliding payment scale, no banking or income records required. Your fee is based on the honor system and your payment should reflect your income level. (As an example, people with lower incomes, working part time, students, some seniors, or those with financial hardship might leave $60. Those working full time and who are more financially secure would leave between $65 - $95 depending on their income level.) Herbal consults and follow up visits do not include the price of herbs. All prices are subject to change. Time for services is approximate
Patient Forms
All patients must complete the Health History and Consent Form prior to their appointment.
It is very important to fill out and complete all of these form prior to your appointment. If you are unable to complete these before your visit, please contact this office. Due to privacy concerns, COVID 19, and other issues, we ask that patients no longer fill out paperwork in the reception area, so plan accordingly.
